6 to 18 Months Prior To The Wedding

_ Select your travel agent
_ Select your wedding site
_ Your destination and hotel – Date – Request Pricing – Finalize Booking
_ Contact the hotel’s wedding coordinator to select the wedding package
_ Contact the tourism board to obtain the legal country requirements
_ Start collecting the legal documents
_ Send out invitations to guests with destination and hotel information
_ Price with deposit amounts and the date of final payments
_ Coordinates of your travel agent
_ Select bridal attire
4 To 6 Months
_Decide on ala cart options at your resort and confirm with your wedding coordinator.
_ Follow up with guests who have not booked yet.
_ Register to a gift registry and buy your rings
2 TO 4 Months
_ Finalize wedding attire
_ Look into excursions for your wedding group
1 TO 2 Months
_ Final fittings for bridal attire
_ Shop for holiday wear
_ Confirm all details with hotel wedding coordinator
UPON ARRIVAL
_ Meet with your wedding coordinator to go over documentation and final selection of flowers, cake and location
_ Walk around the complex to scout out the best photo locations
